Getting to the Source

We partnered with Brass Tacks to build a design system and online platform that delves deep into the process of change and the physical tools we use to organise and make sense of it all.

Developing a visual system centred around creating an authentic brand experience that reflected the deep process leaders go through to develop their skills, we united common tools used in the domain of coaching a facilitation including post-it-notes, tacks, animations and pin-like iconography. These physical touch-points helped ground the project with an authentic and approachable feel.

The website brings interactivity to the surface, and just as the coaching itself, it becomes a space to explore, learn, and grow. Each section allows people to create their own journey, and reshape the page in their own, personal way by using digital post-it-notes.

A Deep Transformation

By diving deep into the Brass Tacks ethos, we were able to create a approachable brand system and website experience that supported their mission to cultivate more authentic leaders to foster a more intentional world.
