Logic Designer

London

Full Time£48,000 – £68,000

You are a problem-solver who creates digital-first, designed outputs — websites, applications, tools — reasoning through systems, prototyping in code, and shipping fast.

Apply

Your responsibilities

Your role

You move fluently between design and code to build solutions to complex problems — thinking carefully about user and brand experience interactively.

You prototype to think. A working artefact beats a pitch deck, and you reach for digital tools early to resolve discussions rather than prolonging them.

You are AI-native by posture, using the best current tools for the job — directing agentic workflows, generating content and imagery, and building more efficient processes.

You are familiar with brand, website, and product project scopes and can recognise unforeseen possibilities in each project to help you plan your work ahead.

You are able to take client projects of increasing scale from concept to launch, delivering work that is reliable, considered, and legible to the next person (technical or non-technical) who touches it.

You present technical reasoning with clarity to designers, strategists, developers, and clients who do not share your vocabulary.

You identify risk and opportunity early, and you embrace feedback with openness rather than defence.

You contribute positively to our studio culture, co-creating the rituals and practices that reflect our shared values.

You give time and presence to your peers, unblocking others and raising the standard around you.

You expand your learning beyond your stack, connecting technology to design, strategy, and culture.

Requirements

  1. 1

Relevant experience building and shipping digital products — as a design engineer, front-end-leaning full-stack developer, or a designer who has crossed properly into code.

  2. 2

Demonstrable fluency in React / Next.js and TypeScript, with the judgement to structure an application rather than only style one.

  3. 3

Genuine design capability that extends into typographic sensitivity, an eye for good design taste, and comfort working in Figma against an existing design system.

  4. 4

Daily working fluency with AI-assisted development and AI workflows, where you can show us your understanding of your work.

  5. 5

Evidence of problem-solving through a portfolio of work that shows how you conquered a problem and what you produced.

  6. 6

Excellent communication, and a willingness to sit directly with clients on their problems.

  7. 7

Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments alongside our multi-disciplinary team of designers, developers, and thinkers.

Our stack

  1. 1

    React / Next.js

  2. 2

    TypeScript

  3. 3

  5. 5

    Vercel

  6. 6

    Linear

  7. 7

    Headless CMS (Sanity or equivalent)

  8. 8

Agentic development tooling (Claude Code, Codex)

Nice to have

  1. 1

A good eye for branding and competency in design taste

  2. 2

Experience and appreciation for motion, animation, or interaction design

  3. 3

An excitement to balance both development and design projects

  4. 4

A habit of building your own tools to solve complex digital problems
