You are an accomplished designer who works across digital and traditional mediums to shape client problems into creative, thoughtful executions.
Your responsibilities
You have a growing range of expertise across design disciplines, and are discovering your specialism and calling within design.
You are able to work independently & proactively in client projects of increasing sizes.
You are able communicate your thinking transparently within the team and to clients.
You ask thoughtful questions to gain context and seek constructive feedback before embarking on your work.
You are familiar with strategy, brand, website, and product project scopes and can recognise unforeseen possibilities in each project to help you plan ahead.
Your optimism and drive contributes material successes to projects both you, and the team, can be proud of.
You listen for new working practices and values that shape our shared studio culture.
You practice empathy and fairness with others, holding yourself to high internal standards.
You focus on your commitments, refining the habits that strengthen your delivery.
You explore your discipline and industry, seeking insights that improve your design craft and thinking.
Our responsibilities
We support your personal & career development with regular access to your manager, coaching & mentorship.
We champion & reward performance with a comprehensive career progression framework, and quarterly performance bonus of 2% of your annual salary.
You’ll have 25 days of paid annual leave, plus any bank holidays.
You can work from anywhere in the world, for up to 14 days a year.
We’ll provide a £1,000 learning budget each year to explore & develop your next skill.
We are studio-first, but offer a WFH policy for quiet focus days, going to the gym, and everything in-between.
We have flexible working hours, with core hours between 10am-4pm Monday through Friday.
We host regular team socials outside the office, from lunches and after-work drinks, to creative outings and seasonal celebrations.
We reward commitment - at five years you receive £2,500 + 5 paid days off, and at ten years you receive £5,000 + 4 paid weeks off.
We have a dog-friendly office — all well-behaved dogs are welcome!
